In-Home Reformer Pilates, Personalized to You.
Personalized one-on-one Pilates and light strength training in the comfort of your home, using your Reformer, mat, small weights, and available equipment. Sessions are designed around your goals, experience level, and movement history.
No two bodies move the same way. Your sessions can combine Reformer Pilates, mat work, mobility, core training, and light strength exercises depending on what feels most useful for you. Whether your goal is to feel stronger, move with more confidence, improve your posture, or simply stay active as you get older, we’ll build the session around you.
Movement Designed Around You
-
We’ll use your Reformer to build strength, control, and body awareness with exercises chosen for your level. If you’re new to the equipment, I’ll guide you through it step by step so you feel confident using it.
-
Not everything needs to happen on the Reformer. Mat work can be a great way to improve core control, stability, breathing, and movement quality, and it can also give you simple exercises to practice on your own.
-
Depending on your goals, we can incorporate small weights and other equipment you already have at home. The focus is on building practical strength that supports everyday movement, not heavy gym-style lifting.
-
We’ll work on the areas that feel stiff or limited while also building enough strength to support that new range of motion. The goal is not just to become more flexible, but to move more comfortably and confidently.
With a background in Physical Therapy and years of Pilates teaching experience, I take your movement history, posture, previous injuries, current abilities, and personal goals into consideration when planning each session. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, sessions are tailored to how your body moves and what it needs most.
-
If you spend a lot of time sitting, feel tension through your neck or back, or simply want to move with better alignment, we can focus on the strength and mobility that support your posture in everyday life.
-
A previous injury does not always mean you need to avoid movement. I take your history, current comfort level, and any guidance from your medical team into consideration so exercises can be adjusted appropriately for you.
-
Staying strong becomes increasingly important as we get older. Sessions can focus on strength, balance, coordination, and confidence so you can continue doing the things you enjoy and feel capable in everyday life.
-
You do not need to already be flexible, strong, or experienced with Pilates. We start where you are and progress gradually, based on how you feel and how your body responds.
