What to Expect
Each 55-minute private session is fully customized to your body, goals, and training history. We begin with a brief assessment of posture, movement patterns, and areas that need focused attention. From there, your session is structured to challenge you safely and effectively.
Sessions may include strength-focused Reformer work, mobility training, postural correction, core stabilization, and controlled progressive loading depending on your needs.
This is not a generic workout. Every exercise, cue, and progression is intentional.
