I’m a Certified Pilates Instructor with a background in Physiotherapy. My approach combines science-based movement with Pilates to help you build strength, move with ease, and feel more confident in your body.
This journey began with a deep love for mindful movement and a commitment to helping every body move with more confidence, control, and ease.

Movement has always been my passion, with a foundation deeply rooted in science.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and combine my clinical knowledge with the power of Pilates to help people move better, feel stronger, and live pain free.
I began my career in a physiotherapy setting, working closely with patients recovering from injuries, rebuilding strength, and restoring functional movement. These hands on experiences deepened my understanding of anatomy and showed me how transformative mindful movement can be, not only physically, but emotionally as well.
Today, I guide clients through personalized Pilates programs that are grounded in science, centered on function, and designed to build lasting strength and confidence both on and off the mat.
Seeing people stand taller, breathe deeper, and move with ease reminds me every day that this work changes lives. I am here to help you feel that shift too.

What results can I expect from working with Feri Pilates?

In private and semi-private Reformer sessions, we focus on controlled strength, stability, and alignment. You’ll strengthen your deep stabilizing muscles like your core and glutes, while also building power in your larger muscle groups. Each session is structured with intention, so you’re progressing safely and effectively.
If you’re training online, you’ll still experience anatomically informed programming designed to support mobility, balance, and long-term strength.
You’ll also improve flexibility through focused mobility work for the spine, shoulders, and hips — not just stretching, but intelligent movement that supports your daily life.
